Join me for a cosy 3-hour wellness workshop on Sat 28th Feb, 10–1 in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny designed to help you slow down and reset.
You’ll make your own grounding spray and roller blend and reed to take home, learn a few simple reflexology points for stress, group reiki and enjoy a gentle relaxation with herbal tea in a calm setting
It’s €60 per person and I take a €20 deposit as it’s limited to 6 people.
